About “For a Better Future” Project

Since March 2016  continues until present with the purpose of supporting a number of 30-40 pupils aged between 10 and 14 years from Bacău who are coming from single-parent families or from families where both parents are missing.

The activities will occur twice a week in the afternoon for approximately 2-3 hours during which the children will benefit from:

1. Homework aid with the teachers from the school
2. Character development with a Value Plus trainer
3. Cooperative spirit education through non-formal education
4. Motivation development on finding a personal life model based on high moral values
5. Individual counseling and support on the challenges that they face with help from qualified staff

The project is financed by Value Plus Association with SAM-hjalp Sweden and implemented in partnership with “Alexandru Vlăhuţă” School in Podu Turcului, Bacau County.
