His assistant on the other hand, comes from the business world and coordinates around 250 employees at HP company. Both have shared with us their experiences and talked about their leadership principles which they use and give results.<\/p>\n<p>In brief, they presented us the next 5 principles which stand at the basis of leadership:<br \/>\n1)<strong>Know your limits<\/strong> &#8211; work 6 days and rest on the 7\u2019th<br \/>\n2)<strong>Perseverance <\/strong>&#8211; write everything you want to do that has more than 1 step<br \/>\n3)<strong>Discernment <\/strong>&#8211;  a leader must learn something new each day<br \/>\n4)<strong>Humility <\/strong>&#8211; you must earn the heart of the people you lead<br \/>\n5)<strong>Courage <\/strong>&#8211; be brave and dare to make mistakes in order to learn<\/p>\n<p>In the end Ryan\u2019s reference quote was:<br \/>\n<em>\u201cInfluence people to their greatness and you will have followers.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On Friday 26\u2019th of July 2013, at 19:oo took place the \u201cQualities of a leader\u201d conference held by Ryan Howel (President Vision New England) and his assistant Bryan (HP supervisor).
