Tuesday, January 24, 2017, Value Plus Association has organized a workshop for its volunteers on the topic of self-image.<\/p>\n

The trainers were\u00a0Valeriu Costea<\/strong> – psychologist and Adelina Tiholaz<\/strong> – Alecsandri University student and volunteer in the association. So I spent a nice time with some exercises moderated by Adelina and I learned from Valeriu 4 traps cyclical self-image: justification, excessive attention, superiority and revenge.<\/p>\n

We can overcome them by\u00a0following the steps below:<\/p>\n

  1. Accept that you need others;<\/li>\n
  2. Know yourself and find out yourself;<\/li>\n
  3. Get involved in projects and find at least one mentor;<\/li>\n
