Sunday, May 8, 2016, at 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Value Plus Association invites all dads with their children two hours of fun Cancicov Park, the green space to the right of the main lane (near the playground for children)<\/span>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

According to the law adopted by the Government in 2009, our country celebrates Father\u2019s Day on the second Sunday of May. Therefore, this year the event will be celebrated on 8 May.<\/p>\n

Value Plus Association supports and promotes the necessity of paternal presence in the healthy development of a child. It is not enough just to be the father, but it is imperative for him to come and engage in an active way in all that involves the relationship with children and their upbringing and education. The Father is a crucial character that affects child development, either by implication or by disengagement.<\/p>\n

The purpose<\/strong> of the event on the occasion of Father\u2019s Day is to increase awareness about the responsibilities of a father and its impact on growth, development and harmonious formation of his children. No entry fee will be charged, nor for activities organized during the event.<\/p>\n

Event objectives:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Awareness of the public about the importance of Father\u2019s Day in Romania;
\n\u2022 Motivate fathers to take a more active role in raising their children;
\n\u2022 Motivate mothers and children to express their appreciation to fathers;
\n\u2022 Involving dads with their children in fun and creative activities;
\n\u2022 Create a community of \u201cambassadors\u201d who will promote the role of fathers in family and society.<\/p>\n

The values promoted by this event are:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Family as defined by God a man and a woman with their children;
\n\u2022 Parental responsibility for childcare in all areas;
\n\u2022 Time spent in cooperative activities (fathers and children together);
\n\u2022 meaningful dialogue between a father and child.<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 Contests running obstacle between teams of kids with their dads
