Monday, 3\/24\/2014 we had two personal development conference entitled „Steps to Excellence” held by Ryan Howell, Master graduate of Harvard, USA, organized by the Association Value Plus in partnership with the University Vasile Alecsandri<\/a> in Bacau and University of George Bacovia<\/a> in Bacau.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We had approximately 70 students attending the conferences to which Ryan gave a set of principles learned from martial arts discipline that lead to excellence in life.<\/p>\n

Briefly these principles are:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Pay attention to details and write it down accurately<\/li>\n
  2. Give yourself as long as necessary to do what you have done in the fairest way possible<\/li>\n
  3. Set your goals<\/li>\n
  4. Learn something new every day<\/li>\n
  5. Take calculated risks<\/li>\n
  6. Be self disciplined<\/li>\n
  7. Once you start something, take it to the end<\/li>\n
  8. Take time to revise<\/li>\n
  9. Learn another person the thing you want to do it with excellence<\/li>\n
  10. Always keep your word that you gave<\/li>\n
  11. Be humble<\/li>\n
  12. Say thank you !<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
